At the end of 2012 we completed a timber frame new build for the Christian Science Church in York.
The original building for the Christian Science Church was no longer meeting the needs of the congregation who had seen our other timber frame builds and felt this would be an exciting and economical way to proceed.
In 2013 we built a three bedroom timber frame home in the Clifton Green area, this smaller but pefectly formed home is enjoying radically reduced heating bills thanks to its building fabric, which is a saving of a third from an average heating bill.
In 2014 we completed a five bedroom traditional build in Escrick, (picture below), and since January 2015 we have mostly been working at Elvington Hall, a historical grade two star listed building. Amongst other jobs we’ve had the pleasure to construct an indoor swimming pool, a glamorous and luxurious addition to a stunning home.
As you can see from the pictures the finishing touches are being added and we will post photo at completion.
To see the eco-friendly standards we are now achieving including the SAP calculations and u values please take a look at our timber frame page.
