At the end of 2012 we completed a timber frame new build for the Christian Science Church in York.
The original building for the Christian Science Church was no longer meeting the needs of the congregation who had seen our other timber frame builds and felt this would be an exciting and economical way to proceed.
In 2013 we built a three-bedroom timber frame home in the Clifton Green area, this smaller but perfectly formed home is enjoying radically reduced heating bills thanks to its building fabric, which is a saving of a third from an average heating bill.
In 2014 we completed a five-bedroom traditional build in Escrick, (picture below).
